Impacter starts instead with a free 30-minute assessment and a fixed-scope AI assessment, so you know the expected savings before committing to a larger budget — and much of it can be funded from an innovation or training budget.

An AI assessment maps your current processes, data sources and tools, identifies the automation candidates with the clearest payback, estimates hours and euros saved per candidate, and flags the GDPR and governance questions each one raises. You end with a ranked shortlist and a realistic implementation plan, not a generic maturity score.
