Know exactly where AI pays off.
No hype, no endless strategy decks. We assess your workflows, put numbers on the opportunities, and hand you a roadmap your team can execute — with us or without us.
Three ways we make AI pay off.

AI Assessment
A structured audit of your workflows. In two weeks you know exactly which processes are worth automating, what it costs, and what it saves.

Adoption Roadmap
A prioritized plan from quick wins to structural change — with clear timelines, owners, and the numbers to defend it in the boardroom.

Fractional Chief AI Officer
Senior AI leadership without the headcount. We guide vendor choices, governance, GDPR compliance, and your team's adoption month over month.

What AI consultancy actually costs and delivers.
Straight answers on scope, day rates, ROI maths and which budgets you can fund the work from.
A useful AI consultant finds where AI creates measurable value in your specific business, then makes it happen. At Impacter that means an assessment of your processes and data, a prioritised roadmap ranked by payback, and hands-on delivery of the automations — not a strategy document you have to implement yourself.
Dutch AI consultancy day rates typically run between €1,000 and €2,500, and full strategy engagements often land between €15,000 and €50,000. Impacter starts instead with a free 30-minute assessment and a fixed-scope AI assessment, so you know the expected savings before committing to a larger budget — and much of it can be funded from an innovation or training budget.
An AI assessment maps your current processes, data sources and tools, identifies the automation candidates with the clearest payback, estimates hours and euros saved per candidate, and flags the GDPR and governance questions each one raises. You end with a ranked shortlist and a realistic implementation plan, not a generic maturity score.
We measure the hours a process consumes today, the share an agent can reliably take over, and the fully loaded cost of those hours, then set that against build and running costs. A process has to clear a real payback threshold within months — not years — to make the roadmap, which is why we postpone use cases that look impressive but save little.
You need direction, not a year-long strategy programme. The fastest path is a short assessment, one shipped automation that proves the value, and then a roadmap informed by what you learned building it. Organisations that write the full strategy first usually spend six months producing documents and never reach production.
In most cases yes. Dutch and Belgian companies regularly fund AI work from innovation and technology budgets, personal development budgets (POB), and schemes such as SLIM and WBSO. Our innovatiebudget page explains which pots apply and how to spend them before they expire at year end.
