Struggling to implement
Copilot?

We train your people and implement the tool with them. Not a demo and a slide deck, but working sessions on your own tasks, until it sticks. Like we did for 50+ organisations and 3,000+ people.

Sound familiar?

Licences bought. Adoption stuck at 20%.

It is the same story everywhere: the tool is switched on, a few enthusiasts fly, everyone else is back to the old way within a month. Not because the tool is bad, but because nobody showed people how it fits their work.

  • Everyone experiments, nobody has a working routine
  • IT blocks it over data, legal over the AI Act
  • Three teams, three different tools
  • The pilot never became a rollout
  • Managers can't see what it actually delivers
The big four

Pick your tool. We know it inside out.

Most organisations already have one of these. We start from what you have, train per role and implement it in the way you work, vendor-neutral, because we don't resell licences.

Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft Copilot

Struggling to implement Microsoft Copilot?

For: Organisations on Microsoft 365 that switched Copilot on and see it barely used.

What we do

  • Role-based training in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, on your own documents, not demo files.
  • A prompt and use-case library per team, so nobody starts from a blank box.
  • First Copilot Studio agents for the questions your teams answer every day, with the right data permissions.
Claude

Claude & Claude Code

Struggling to implement Claude or Claude Code?

For: Knowledge teams that want the strongest writing and analysis model, and dev teams that want to ship faster with Claude Code.

What we do

  • Claude for Work rollout: Projects, shared instructions and connectors (MCP) to your own tools.
  • Claude Code for developers: from the first session to agreed team workflows, guardrails and code review.
  • Which data may go in, and how, settled with IT and legal before anyone starts.
ChatGPTOpenAI Codex

ChatGPT & Codex

Struggling to implement ChatGPT?

For: Teams on ChatGPT Team or Enterprise that want more than chat, and engineering teams looking at Codex.

What we do

  • Custom GPTs for your recurring work, such as proposals, reports and customer replies, built with the people who do that work.
  • Data settings, workspace policies and a usage policy your DPO signs off on.
  • Codex for engineering: where it helps, where it doesn't, and how to review what it produces.
Google Gemini

Google Gemini

Struggling to implement Gemini?

For: Google Workspace organisations that want Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet to actually get used.

What we do

  • Training per role inside Workspace, plus NotebookLM for research-heavy teams.
  • Gems and shared prompts, so good practice spreads beyond the early adopters.
  • Gemini CLI and Vertex AI for teams that build, with EU data-region settings sorted.
And the rest

Other tools we've helped implement.

The assistant is rarely the whole story. Around it sit the automations, the coding tools and the meeting and research tools that make the difference between 'we have AI' and 'AI does the work'.

  • Make

    Make

Automations between your apps, without code.

  • n8n

    n8n

How we do it

Train and implement, in one go.

Training without implementation fades in a month. Implementation without training gets ignored. So we do both, with the same team, on your own work.

01

Intake and tool choice

Week 1

Which tool, for which roles, with which data. If you already bought one, we start there. If not, we help you choose, vendor-neutral.

02

Train per role

Weeks 2–4

Hands-on sessions on real tasks from your teams. Everyone leaves with three working use cases and a shared prompt library.

03

Implement and embed

Weeks 4–10

Settings, permissions and usage policy with IT and legal. First agents and automations live. Adoption tracked, champions in place, AI literacy dossier for the EU AI Act included.

Rated 4.9/5

“Finally an AI platform that speaks business, not just tech. The agents we launched save hours every single week.”

FAQ

Straight answers on which tool, how long, and what it costs.

The questions we get in every intake, answered before you book one.

Yes, and that is the most common starting point. We start from the tool you have, whether Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, look at who actually uses it and for what, and build the training and implementation on top. We only advise switching when the current tool genuinely does not fit the work.

It depends on where your people already work. On Microsoft 365, Copilot is the shortest path; on Google Workspace, Gemini. For the strongest writing, analysis and coding, teams typically add Claude or ChatGPT next to it. We advise vendor-neutrally: we do not resell licences, so there is no margin steering the advice.

The business tiers (Copilot for Microsoft 365, ChatGPT Team and Enterprise, Claude for Work, Gemini for Workspace) do not train on your data and offer EU data-processing options. What decides it in practice is settings, permissions and a clear usage policy, which we set up with your IT and privacy officer as part of the implementation. Teams that need it can also work with EU-native models such as Mistral.

A first team is typically trained and working within four weeks; an organisation-wide rollout of one tool takes six to ten weeks. Longer than a demo, much shorter than a year-long pilot.

Training starts at €495 per person, excluding VAT, delivered on site in the Netherlands. Implementation (settings, agents, automations, policy) is scoped in the intake and quoted as a fixed price. Dutch SMEs can reclaim up to 60% of the training cost through the SLIM scheme, and most organisations fund the work from a training or innovation budget.

Yes. Article 4 requires that people who work with AI systems are AI-literate at a level that fits their role. Role-based training on the tools they actually use is exactly that, and we deliver the evidence file, including participant register, learning paths, usage policy and knowledge test, alongside the training.

Two ways in.

Answer a few questions and get a number now, or skip straight to a person. Both end up in the same place.

Talk to a human

50+ organisations helped · 3,000+ people trained

We love AI, but it's nice to talk to a human.

No bot, no ticket queue. A person reads this and answers within one working day, usually with a free 30-minute assessment of where AI would actually save you time and money.
