Impacter's courses run from AI-native working practices through to building and orchestrating agents for technical teams.

Impacter courses run between roughly two and four hours of lecture content, delivered as self-paced modules with practical exercises against your own tools. Most teams complete a certification track over two to three weeks alongside normal work, and organisation-wide rollouts are usually scheduled as a series of cohorts.

The certification proves practical capability rather than theory — you finish having built working automations, not having watched videos. It is issued by Impacter and valued for what it demonstrates in a portfolio and internally at review time. If your goal is a formal accredited qualification from a university body, this is not that, and we will say so.

Yes, and it usually is. Dutch and Belgian employees can typically use a personal development budget (POB), and companies can fund cohorts from innovation, technology or training budgets, with SLIM and WBSO schemes stacking on top for eligible organisations. Yes. Alongside the self-paced courses we run tailored in-house programmes built around your actual processes and tools, so people practise on the work they do every day. These are usually paired with an assessment or Fractional AI Officer engagement, because training sticks far better when the automations it teaches are also being shipped.

For the AI-native and adoption tracks, no technical background is needed — comfort with everyday business software is enough. The agent-building and Claude Code tracks assume you are comfortable with APIs and basic scripting. Each course page lists its specific requirements so you can pick the right entry point.
