Microsoft Copilot at Work
Get real daily use out of Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, on your own documents

About this course
Most organisations switched Copilot on and watched it stall at a handful of enthusiasts. This training fixes that: every role learns what Copilot does well in their daily work, practises on their own documents and mailbox, and leaves with a working routine instead of a list of tips.
Learning objectives
This course is built with clear objectives to help you gain both knowledge and practical skills, ensuring you can understand and apply what you learn with confidence.
- Draft, rewrite and summarise documents in Word without starting from scratch.
- Analyse and explain data in Excel using Copilot instead of formula hunting.
- Clear your inbox faster: drafting, summarising and follow-ups in Outlook.
- Prepare, run and recap meetings with Copilot in Teams.
- Build a shared prompt library so good use spreads beyond the early adopters.
- Know what data Copilot sees, and what your permissions actually allow.
- Recognise the tasks Copilot should not do, and keep a human on those.
- Take the first step into Copilot Studio agents for recurring questions.
Requirements
- A Microsoft 365 account with Copilot enabled, or one of our trial seats.
- A laptop with internet access; we work in your own environment.
- Suitable for every role, from assistant to executive. No technical background needed.
About this course
This training exists because Copilot licences get bought faster than Copilot habits get built. The gap between the two is where the budget disappears, and closing it takes practice on real work, not a feature tour.
We train per role: the finance team practises on their own spreadsheets, the secretariat on real mail and minutes, managers on their own meeting load. Every participant leaves with three working use cases and the prompts to repeat them tomorrow.

Three AI agents, ready to use.
Every training comes with three ready-made AI agents, chosen for your sector and set up around the way you work. They're live the moment the training ends, with no implementation project and no extra invoice.
Email Triage Agent
Sorts the inbox by topic and urgency, drafts replies to recurring questions, and hands anything that needs judgement to a person.
Knowledge Base Agent
Answers questions in plain language from your own documents, procedures and manuals, citing the source, so every answer can be checked.
Document Drafter
Produces first drafts of recurring documents, such as reports, letters and summaries, from data you already have, ready to review and send.
All agents run on European infrastructure, never use your data to train third-party models, and hand every decision that matters to a named person.
Questions about this course.
Who it is for, what you will be able to do afterwards, how long it takes and what you need to know before starting.
That is exactly when it is useful. The licences are sunk cost; what is missing is daily use. We train per role on your own documents, mail and meetings, and every participant leaves with three working use cases and the prompts to repeat them. Adoption, not another feature tour.
Yes, as the closing module. Once people use Copilot fluently in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, we show how recurring questions become a Copilot Studio agent with the right data permissions. Teams that want to go deeper afterwards take the agents course or have us build them.
From €495 per person, excluding VAT, on site as a full or half day. The exact price depends on group size and the number of role-based tracks. Dutch SMEs can typically reclaim 60% through the SLIM scheme, and the training counts towards the AI Act Article 4 literacy obligation.
