AI training for healthcare
The registration burden is the problem, not the care itself. We train healthcare professionals in AI that takes administration off their plate, within the boundaries of the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
The AI literacy obligation applies to organisations like
Registration burden, Staff shortages, Waiting lists, Privacy.
Healthcare professionals spend a large share of their time recording rather than treating. AI can provide direct relief here, but in healthcare every piece of data is special category personal data, so the question isn't only whether it works, but where it runs and who can access it.

- Staff shortages
- Waiting lists
- Privacy
Where AI in healthcare really saves time.
No generic promises. These are the processes we start with, and what they deliver.

Reporting after consultation
Structured reporting generated from the conversation, for the clinician to check and approve, never entered into the record automatically.
Handover documents
A complete handover compiled from the existing record, instead of manually retyping at the end of a shift.
Care plan drafts
A first draft of a care plan based on intake and indication, which the clinician refines.
Correspondence with referrers
Letters to GPs and referrers drafted from the record, ready for review and signature.
Flagging rostering bottlenecks
Conflicts, understaffing and qualification mismatches flagged before the roster goes out.
Making protocols searchable
A question to your own protocol handbook in plain language, with a reference to the exact chapter.
Claims checking
Discrepancies between treatment, indication and claim flagged before they lead to rejection.
Complaints and incidents
Reports classified and trended, so quality officers see patterns instead of isolated cases.
One organisation, three levels.
The EU AI Act expects the level to match the role. So we don't train everyone the same way: a baseline level for everyone who uses AI, a deeper level for those who apply AI in decision-making or customer contact, and a governance level for those who decide which systems come in.

Mental health care institution
AI literacy for clinicians and support staff, with an explicit boundary between what AI may prepare and what the clinician decides. Documented in policy, tested per participant, with the DPO at the table from week one.

What healthcare organisations pay this from
Usually from the training budget, quality funds or a sector-wide L&D fund (O&O-fonds). For organisations that qualify as SMEs, the Dutch SLIM scheme reimburses 60% of training costs, up to a grant ceiling per application.
All budgets and subsidies at a glance →GDPR-proof, within the EU
Everything we build runs on European infrastructure, with data isolation per organisation, audit logs and the right to erasure. Your data is never used to train third-party models, and decisions with consequences always rest with a named human.
How we guarantee that →Three AI agents, ready to use.
Every training comes with three ready-made AI agents, chosen for your sector and set up around the way you work. They're live the moment the training ends, with no implementation project and no extra invoice.
Reporting Assistant
Turns notes from a consultation into a structured report, for the clinician to check and approve, never entered directly into the record.
Handover Agent
Compiles a complete handover from the existing record, so nobody is left retyping at the end of a shift.
Protocol Search Agent
Answers questions against your own protocol handbook in plain language, with a reference to the exact chapter.
All agents run on European infrastructure, never use your data to train third-party models, and hand every decision that matters to a named person.
Frequently asked questions from healthcare.
The questions that come up first in this type of organisation: the legal obligation, procurement, privacy and where to start.
Only within strict boundaries, and not in a random public chatbot. Health data is special category personal data under the GDPR, which means processing requires a legal basis, a data processing agreement and demonstrable security. We therefore work in an EU-based environment with data isolation per organisation, and involve the data protection officer from the first week.
No. In our programmes AI prepares and summarises; the clinician decides and signs. A system that supports medical decision-making can also quickly fall into a higher risk category under the EU AI Act, with stricter requirements. We focus explicitly on the administrative burden around it (reporting, handover, correspondence) because that's where the most time can be won at the least risk.
We work with short sessions that fit within a shift roster: typically two half-day sessions with a practice period in between, rather than one continuous training day. For large groups we also deploy the online foundation module, which staff complete at their own pace and which is logged automatically in the participant register.
With Article 4, the AI literacy obligation, yes, provided the programme is completed with testing and registration, which is standard in our packages. The AI Act also sets stricter requirements for specific high-risk applications. We map out which systems in your organisation fall under that during the baseline assessment.

We love AI, but it's nice to talk to a human.
No bot, no ticket queue. A person reads this and answers within one working day, usually with a free 30-minute assessment of where AI would actually save you time and money.
