What does AI training cost?
Starting at €495 per person
Excluding VAT, on location in the Netherlands. What you end up paying depends on group size, the number of learning paths and whether you include the AI Act literacy dossier. One conversation and you have a concrete quote.
Why we publish a starting price.
Because a budget holder needs a figure to get something moving. "Quote on request" doesn't fit any request form, and it's the reason so many good plans stall in the fourth quarter. What we don't do is quote a single fixed total for programmes that vary hugely in scope, since that would sound precise and be wrong.
From a single module to a full dossier.
Same content, different scope. Most organisations start in the middle and grow to the right once the EU AI Act lands on the table.

- Knowledge test per participant
- Registration in the participant register
- Suited to large groups

- Practice period and follow-up session

Organisation-wide AI Act programme
Per organisation
The full route to demonstrable AI literacy under the EU AI Act: baseline assessment, role-based learning paths, policy, testing and the dossier.
- Baseline assessment and role mapping
- Three role-based learning paths
- AI usage policy documented
- Organisation-wide testing
- Complete compliance dossier
- Optional: working automations
Three factors, and no surprises.
We don't charge travel costs within the Netherlands or licence fees afterwards. What's in the quote is what you pay.
01
Group size
The price per person drops as the group grows. For larger numbers we run multiple sessions or add the online baseline module alongside them.
02
Number of learning paths
The EU AI Act expects the level to match the role. One path for the whole organisation is cheaper than three, but rarely what the law intends.
03
With or without a dossier
Training alone is one thing; a baseline assessment, policy, testing and a register you can produce is another. That's what makes AI literacy demonstrable under the AI Act.
SMEs get 60% back through SLIM.
The SLIM scheme reimburses 60% of training costs for SMEs. On our starting price of €495 per person, that brings your net cost to around €198 per person. The application window for the training subsidy runs until 31 December 2026, and we provide the supporting documentation the application needs.
Indicative. SLIM applies to SMEs only, has a subsidy ceiling per application, and not every part of a programme is eligible. Awards are made by the implementing authority, not by us. Other routes apply for government bodies and large organisations, see the overview of budgets and subsidies.
Three AI agents, ready to use.
Every training comes with three ready-made AI agents, chosen for your sector and set up around the way you work. They're live the moment the training ends, with no implementation project and no extra invoice.
Email Triage Agent
Sorts the inbox by topic and urgency, drafts replies to recurring questions, and hands anything that needs judgement to a person.
Knowledge Base Agent
Answers questions in plain language from your own documents, procedures and manuals, citing the source, so every answer can be checked.
Document Drafter
Produces first drafts of recurring documents, such as reports, letters and summaries, from data you already have, ready to review and send.
All agents run on European infrastructure, never use your data to train third-party models, and hand every decision that matters to a named person.
Pricing, VAT and subsidy.
What it costs, what it depends on, what is and isn't included, and what subsidy takes off the price.
Our in-house AI training starts from €495 per person, excluding VAT, delivered on-site in the Netherlands. What you ultimately pay depends on group size, the number of role-based learning routes, and whether the EU AI Act literacy compliance file is included. Every training includes three ready-to-go AI agents your team can start using right after it ends.
Because a budget holder needs a figure to kick off a request, but a fixed total for every programme would sound precise and be wrong. A group of ten with one learning route is a very different job from an organisation of eight hundred with three routes and a compliance file. So we publish the starting price and give a concrete quote within a single conversation.
Three things: group size, where the price per person falls as the group grows; the number of role-based learning routes, because the EU AI Act expects the level to match the role; and whether you want training only or the compliance file too: baseline assessment, AI usage policy, testing and a participant register you can produce on request. We do not charge separately for travel within the Netherlands.
No, all stated amounts exclude 21% VAT. For public bodies and institutions that cannot reclaim VAT, we add it into the quote on request, so the amount you commit to is the amount you pay.
For SMEs, yes. The SLIM scheme reimburses 60% of training costs, which brings our €495 per-person starting price down to around €198 net. The application window for the training grant runs until 31 December 2026, and we provide the substantiation an application needs. SLIM has a grant ceiling per application and does not apply to public bodies; other routes exist for those.
Yes. Every training comes with three ready-to-go AI agents, chosen for your sector and configured to your own way of working. They are ready the moment the training ends, run on European infrastructure, and keep the decision with a human wherever that matters. That way your team does not leave with enthusiasm alone, but with something running on Monday.

We love AI, but it's nice to talk to a human.
No bot, no ticket queue. A person reads this and answers within one working day, usually with a free 30-minute assessment of where AI would actually save you time and money.
